• Cancellations:

  • Full Refund: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancel 24 to 48 hours in advance to receive a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: Cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for the appointment to forfeit the fee.

• Rescheduling:

  • Free Rescheduling: Reschedule at least 48 hours in advance at no additional cost.

  • Limited Rescheduling: Reschedule 24 to 48 hours in advance once without additional charges; subsequent changes may incur a fee.

  • Last-Minute Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be treated as cancellations and subject to the same penalties.

• Emergency Cancellations:

  • We will consider emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with appropriate documentation to discuss your situation.
